Homemade 香草烤雞
Very simple but yummy roasted chicken. Only stuffed the chicken with a hot lemon, garlic cloves and some herbs and sprinkle some sea salt and herbs on top of the skin, then use 250 degree to bake for an hour. It's finger-licking-good!!
