First Attempt: 日式醬油豆腐




Last Saturday, we have went to a 拉麵店 in Tsuen Wan and ordered the 
日式醬油豆腐. It tasted really great! Thus, I tried to make it at home. It was quite difficult to make as you need to deep fry the tofu first. Yep, though it was not reach the standard of that we have in that shop, it was still very tasty la! At least, it looked good!

it looks good la! deep fry at home is a bit difficult, it needs a lot of oil...and the temperature... not easy to control, but i think it tastes good, that's enough :)
