Mission Impossible: 222 破邊洲、白腊灣、糧船灣海膽養殖場行山

As invited by Celia, we joined this hiking trip which was hosted by Fatty and Remy on 22 Feb 09 Sunday. Frankly, at first, I didn't realize this trip was so difficult and required lots of skills and energy! For me, it was mission impossible! Throughout the journey, I should overcome my psychological fears to the up and down climbing and the lack of energy. I knew, I couldn't quit at that moment! If I knew the journey would be like that, I may not join as I'm too stupid to handle such high level hiking activity! Anyway, I couldn't tell if it was lucky or not, I joined because I didn't realize the real situation but in return, I could have the wonderful scenic in front of my eyes! Mission impossible turned to mission COMPLETED!!!!!!!!

To complete this difficult mission, I should thanks my dearest lovely friend Celia!!! Without her encouragement, I think I couldn't complete the whole journey! Thanks Celia to give up her original route and chose to go on a rather easy route with me! Here, I should say, Celia is the kind of person who know how to care others. Thus, she got so many fans and friends! Once again, she reminded me "every success has its reasons"!

221 Happy Birthday!

This is my 7th birthday with Dad Dad. This year, I haven't planned any big task to do. However, as last year was too bad luck for me, I decided to go to 「車公廟」求番支好籤！

As we used to sleep at midnight, Dad Dad have prepared very good looking and nice tasted 愛心公仔麵宵夜 for me! So sweet lei! Thanks honey!

Today, as we slept at 04:30, we woke up at noon. Then we start our journey to 「車公廟」求籤！ I've asked for "health", "career" and "fortune". So happy and lucky that I've got 上籤 for "health" and "career" while for "fortune", I also got a 中籤! Thanks 車公 for granting me such good luck. I'll work hard this year and do my best to achieve good results!

With such good luck, we then go to "Fat Angelo's" for "all you can eat" dinner. It only costed $250 each person plus 10% service charge. Almost all the food in the menu can be ordered. In addition, you can order 2 alcoholic drinks and 1 soft drink with unlimited replacement. It's really value for money!! I didn't know why, I was not so hungry but I could ate many. Even I could ate more than Dad Dad. Unbelievable! Anyway, it was my birthday ma!!

My birthday this year was ended with warm wishes from many of my friends, my lovely hubby Dad Dad and of course, 車公 also!!

Our 7th Valentine's Day

This is our 7th Valentine's Day and is also the 2nd one after our wedding.  Still remember we go to 扒王之王 in Causeway Bay to have our Valentine's Dinner.  Totally costed us HK$500 but the quality was so poor and nothing special.  So, this year, we planned to prepare the dinner by ourselves, a quality assured dinner!

Actually, there was isn't any difficulties for me to make such kind of dinner.  The only difficulty was to buy the needed ingredients.  Very luckily, we could got all the ingredients in Tsuen Wan and all were in very good qualities!

I designed the menu first and we went to buy all the stuffs.  As the weather was not good, it was a rainy day with high humidity, we decided to have our dinner inside home, not the rooftop.  That didn't make any different.  I could still setup a very romantic environment.  Of course, some props were needed just like candle lights, a very good table cloth, romantic songs & music......

Grilled Premium Black Bigorre Pork with Balsamic Vinegar & Mustard Seed Sauce served with Black Pepper Sausage & Pan Fried Goose Liver

All the cost was only HK$500 for 2 .  It was not cheap actually, but all we could got were in premium quality.  Of couse, the most important was this dinner was full of love and we can share the Valentine's Day with all our loved kids (Meow8 & MikoBaboota).
