Photo Shooting Session with my twin nephews








Yesterday was a sunny day and I have invited Celia who is a famous traveloge photowriter to teach me some photo shooting skills and to take photos for my 2 little nephews.

My 2 little nephews are just 3 years old on 2 Jan 2009. They are not identical twins but this help me to identify them!! Him Him is the elder brother and Lok Lok is the little one. They're so lovely and full of energy. They played for the whole day but still didn't want to leave in the evening! Ha, kids are kids. If they can play, they will not sleep!!! Anyway, we all have fun with them. However, I must say thank you to my dearest friend Celia for contributing her valuable time to us! Celia, I owe you lei!!!!

We've taken altogether more than 300 photos on the day and we also have taken some videos for the 2 little men. Celia has posted their photos in her blog also.

The last day of 2008 - New Year's Eve BBQ




















Year 2008 was a memorable year especially for me & my hubby.  On 11 Jan 2008, we tied the knot of LOVE and we became a couple legally in Sydney!  We just think that it should be a meaningful year of us, indeed, all the people around the world should now remember the year of 2008 because of the financial tsunami! 

Though the year 2008 was not a joyful year, it already came to an end.  We all wish the in year 2009, the economic situation will have a sudden change.  Of course, in good side!

The last BBQ in year 2008 was on 31 Dec 2008.  The BBQ this time was full of luxury, we have high grade sashimi, high quality seafoods and some collected wines from Celia.

Here is the menu:

Starter -

1. Sashimi Boat (Sashimi imported from Japan)
2. Tomato & Mozzarella Cheese Salad with Balsamic Vinegar dressing
3. 日式淺漬青瓜

Main Course -

1. 炭火烤焗香草蒜蓉雞翼
2. 意式肉丸 with Cranberry Sauce
3. 煙肉青蘋果串
4. 印度烤雞 (Tandoori Chicken Steaks)
5. 蜜味燒大鱔球  (Celia 主理)
6. 七味鮑魚  (Celia 主理)
7. 蜜味香燒大蝦  (Celia 主理)
8. 日式青酒煮花甲
9.  黑松露菌忌廉焗什菌
