Getting Cold: Enjoy Hot Pot Dinner @ Home

As the weather is cold recently, that make us thought of "Hot Pot"! As we didn't plan for anything for today, we just think "why not we have hot pot dinner tonite?" So, we went to Tsing Yi market to buy what we need and have the hot pot dinner at rooftop with our MikoBaboota and Meow8.

Tonite, we have 生蠔，薄切牛脷，肥牛，豬紅，丸纇，雞肉片，魚皮餃，麵筋，白菜仔。 So yummy! At last, my lovely hubby have made the lemon tea and it taste like those in 茶餐廳！

Happy Birthday to Dad Dad, my Lovely Hubby!

This's the 7th birthday that I celebrate with Dad Dad. Remember that his birthday in 2002, we also have the dinner in HK Goldcoast Hotel but was in 香辣屋. This year, I have booked the buffet dinner in Lagoona Cafe in HK Goldcoast Hotel. We loved the environment and atmosphere there. So, no doubt that, we have a very romantic night there. Hope that Dad Dad enjoyed his birthday this year!

簡易小炒：泡菜炒肉片

This is very easy to made but very delicious! Just needed to buy the 泡菜 ﹠肉片 and slighty marinate the 肉片. Then stir fry until the meats are done!

St. Michael's Primary School 6A Reunion

It's so amazing that I can find my primary school classmates after 21 years and in between, we didn't have any contact. Thanks Facebook, without FB, we really can't find each other.

We've a reunion party yesterday night at Elsie Cafe in Mongkok. We were so excited and enjoyed the day so much! Many of the ancient memories were dig out! So funny!

Hope that we can have such gathering more often in near future. Maybe BBQ at my home! Dear old friends, see you then!!!
